TECH TIME

Third Tuesdays starting on May 21; 10:30-11:30 am

RSVP to the Welcome Desk, (530) 661-2001

We're surrounded by 21st Century technology. The devices that we grew up with have evolved into technological marvels that we never could have imagined. The iPhone, Amazon, GPS, even our new cars have presented us with sometimes unwelcome learning opportunities. Two retired Tech Experts will "talk tech" and answer your questions.

First our 2 Old Guys (OGs) will discuss cyber-security. How to avoid being ripped off -- How to recognize an e-mail or telephone scam -- How to react. How to manage ALL your passwords. A question & answer period will follow the presentation. You are welcome to bring along your phone, tablet, or laptop if you have any specific issues for the 2 OGs to address. The 2 OGs are anxious to hear your ideas for future topics. Small group or one-on-one sessions are possible. Reach out to us by leaving your name, email address, phone number, and your topic/issue at one of the following: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or OG voicemail, (530) 405-9861.
