Volunteers for the AARP Foundation’s Tax-Aide program and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program are ready to help Woodland seniors with their 2022 tax returns. To make your appointment, or to be put on a call-back list, call the Welcome Desk at (530) 661-2001. Leave a message if a volunteer cannot pick up the phone. Spaces are limited, so make your appointment early.

The world is calling to us, let’s go see it! The Woodland Senior Center offers so many travel opportunities. Join us as we show all of the great trips planned, and discuss trips you may want to take in the future. Jan Bello of Affordable Adventures will start at 1:30 to discuss future trips: Snow Train (March 7-8), and an Alaska Cruise (July 16-26).
Jay Fehan of Collette Travel will follow, discussing some of the trips being offered: Heritage of America (4/16-24), Canadian Rockies (6/20-26), Eastern Canada (8/25-9/2), Rhine and Moselle River Cruise (9/16-24), America’s Music Cities (10/22-29), Santa Fe (11/27-12/2), Costa Rica (early 2024), and Portugal (spring 2024).
