RSVP to the Welcome Desk, (530) 661-2001 In September we will discuss mobile phone/ tablet Apps. Do you have some favorite apps? Do you download books to read on your device? Did you know that Yolo residents can borrow with an e-Card from the Sacramento Library (and they have EVERYTHING)?
We’ll cover social media apps as well as apps for radio and TV content you can enjoy. Read news from around the world? Podcasts anyone? You’ll have an opportunity to share your favorite apps with us. As the days get shorter, in October we’ll switch gears and move indoors. We’ll talk a bit about desktop and laptop computing including Office applications.
We will demonstrate how you can mail-merge your contact list to print out mailing labels for holiday cards. AND, we will have a drawing for a (slightly used) HP1102 Laser Printer. This will all take place on October 15th.
